Hi, I'm Tom.

My path to sales consulting started with an obsession — not with spreadsheets, but with human performance. Fresh out of college, I was deep in the world of health biohacking and longevity, fascinated by the cognitive effects of bulletproof coffee. That passion drove me toward the coffee industry, where I spent time at Equator Coffee (a B Corp) learning the business from the ground up.

From there I joined Joyride Coffee, working with tech companies across the country and helping them reduce waste with stainless steel keg systems. It was there I fell in love with selling: the strategy, the relationships, the craft of it. I ranked #1 in sales multiple quarters and built partnerships that generated $100K+ in monthly revenue.

In 2020, I made the leap into tech. I joined CoInspect (digital food safety) which became Therma° (IoT temperature monitoring for restaurants and schools) and eventually GlacierGrid (energy and equipment management for the food industry). Over seven years, I went from closing the company's largest enterprise deals to leading a team of four AEs as Director of Sales — a true player-coach — helping drive 3x revenue growth and a $19M Series A.

I live at the intersection of food and technology. I know what it takes to build a repeatable sales motion from scratch, architect a HubSpot CRM that reps actually use, and coach a team to close deals they didn't think they could win. That's what Deal-Won is built on.
